The staff, especially a standout receptionist, was efficient and friendly, making us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing haven after exploring Turin with the hotel's convenient access to public transport.One highlight for our family was the intriguing tour offered by the hotel. Lasting 2.5 hours, the tour unraveled Masonic puzzles and symbols, immersing us in Turin's mystique. It was a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.Despite the slight chaos from renovations, the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere shone through. The helpful service desk and inviting ambiance made our stay pleasant and memorable. We found good value for money and appreciated the inclusive and warm vibe that Royal Torino Centro Congressi exuded.
